Jennifer O’Quinn
Jennifer specializes in client engagement, business growth, and partnership development. Her passion is assisting clients with their business development needs by providing business training, advisory services, and financing.

Development Officer Portfolio Management & Investment
Sherri Mallard
Sherri attended St Mary’s University and the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design. She has worked in various positions such as sales (Kraft Foods and Pepsi) and several bookkeeping and payroll positions. Sherri loves working with people and continues to take advantage of various training courses offered by CBDC.

Self Employment Benefits & Client Training
Sheila Spicer
Sheila resides on the Eastern Shore and has coordinated the Self Employment Benefits program for almost a decade. She possesses a diploma in Business Administration Technology from NSCC and counselling certificates from the Dalhousie School of Social Work.

Andrea Hamm
Andrea started with CBDC Blue Water in August 2015 after a move across the country from Alberta. Andrea’s experience with corporate and non-profits in Alberta led her to this position at CBDC Blue Water. She loves being part of the Blue Water team in helping grow our rural communities and she explores them every chance she gets!

Annie Gagné
Annie is a Development Officer focused on Marketing. As Blue Water's Marketing girl, she manages the communications for CBDC Blue Water, provides digital marketing, and ecommerce training to clientele. One of her greatest passions is to watch small business owners succeed and grow doing what they love to do.

Christine Murphy
Christine has been the Office Administrator at CBDC Blue Water since 2015. She was originally brought on for a 2 - week work placement and loved it so much, she decided to stay. Christine is a Lifelong resident of the Eastern Shore. She is pleased to work toward the growth and development of her community and the others in rural HRM.
