He has successfully managed multiple businesses, including construction, property development and architectural practices. Henry has extensive expertise in real estate investment and leadership training, having delivered seminars in over 20 countries. He is also passionate about community involvement and fostering growth and entrepreneurship in rural areas.

She has held leadership roles in organizations like Jaycees International and Edmonton Cosmopolitan, contributing as President and Regional Director.In Nova Scotia, she served as Treasurer for the Sheet Harbour Chamber of Civic Affairs ; Harbourview Lodge Continuing Care Centre and the Gerald Hardy Society. Lorraine is dedicated to supporting small businesses and community development in rural Halifax County.
